Can you ship to my country or address?+

We can arrange delivery where suitable carriers and logistics routes serve the destination. DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT can suit smaller parcels; air, sea, and rail freight may suit larger commercial shipments. Cost and timing depend on the shipment profile, method, and destination.

How do I place an order or request a quote?+

Send your product or sourcing requirements to PlentySource. We review the details, clarify the practical service route, and provide a quote. After confirmation, we issue an invoice and coordinate the agreed next steps.

How will you help me source a product?+

Send product details, reference photos, specifications, or a sample where possible. Our China-based team identifies suitable suppliers, compares practical options, and coordinates communication, samples, quality requirements, and next steps.

Do you provide product customization services?+

Yes. We support OEM, ODM, private-label, packaging, and product customization projects. Share your requirements and we will assess manufacturing options with suitable factories. Minimum order quantities depend on materials, design, process, and product complexity.

I have a design. Can you arrange production?+

Yes. We review your design and requirements, identify a suitable manufacturer, and clarify production feasibility. Samples can be developed for approval before mass production is arranged.

Can you help with packaging and tagging?+

Yes. We can source packaging and tagging suppliers, coordinate materials, branding, labelling, and presentation, and keep this work aligned with your product and production plan.
